Every witness that put its signature under a planted forgery is listed here with the evidence: the forged receipt, and the witness's own signed agreement. Nobody is on this board on anybody's say-so.

Each cut takes that share of what is still staked. Half goes to the witnesses who were right in that round. Half is burned.
Unstaking takes 7 days, so a cut cannot be dodged by leaving.
